Do you like music? Do you like movement? Come join DC and learn how to create your own dances using social dances, workout movements and student trends to spark more fun and engagement in class. 

Strap on a heartrate monitor and join in on the fun. Heartrate Monitors -- Why?- WHY NOT! has combined with this session.
