Do you like music? Do you like movement? Come join DC and learn how to create your own dances using social dances, workout movements and student trends to spark more fun and engagement in class. 

Strap on a heartrate monitor and join in on the fun. Heartrate Monitors -- Why?- WHY NOT! has combined with this session.

I can demonstrate the motor skills and movement patterns needed to perform a variety of physical activities.
I can perform locomotor and non-locomotor movements to a steady beat.
I can demonstrate knowledge of movement concepts, principles, and strategies that apply to the learning and performance of physical activities.
I can perform a line dance, a circle dance, and a with a partner/group.
